Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership across the full-stack (front-end, middle-tier, and back-end) to ensure architectural consistency, performance, and maintainability. Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS), and DevOps principles across all development teams. Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior technical staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles. Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams in a commercial SaaS or enterprise software environment. Deep technical expertise in modern software architectures and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS), with a focus on scalable service-oriented systems. Demonstrated ability to influence and lead technical change within cross-functional organizations. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
