Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of core GAAP financial reporting (non-SEC), ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all deliverables. Actively research, interpret, and lead the implementation of new accounting standards and policies across the business. Champion process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, and designing and implementing new workflows to enhance the speed and quality of the financial close process. Required Qualifications Minimum of three years of dedicated experience within public accounting. Possession of a current, active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently under strict deadlines. Proven technical expertise in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level exposure.
