Location: Houston Type: Contract Job #10800 Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our IT department. This is a key role that requires a confident, proactive professional with a solid understanding of midstream oil & gas operations.    Key Responsibilities: Partner with business unit leadership to gather, define, and document business requirements Translate business needs into technical requirements for software development teams Drive collaboration between stakeholders and developers to ensure successful project outcomes Lead requirements sessions and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for multiple departments across the organization Maintain clear communication and ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a senior or lead capacity Strong background in midstream oil & gas industry highly preferred Proven ability to work directly with leadership and senior stakeholders Confident communicator with the ability to push back when necessary and defend business value Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills #10800 Apply Now
